Construction Manager:
Plan, direct, schedule, and coordinate activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee scheduling, budgeting and implementation for all phases of a project.
Prepare budget estimates, financial documents, progress reports, or cost tracking reports developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the work.
Knowledge and practical application of engineering, construction and technology, Bachelor’s degree of science in construction engineering technology required along with six months experience.
Membership in the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Familiarity with Solidworks, AutoCAD, Sage Estimate, QuickBooks, Podio, Google Drive, Google (Drive,Doc, and Slide). Prevailing wage, Full-time position.
